My kids are always starving when they get home from school and were so excited when I had this waiting for them the other day. It seems like a “treat”, but actually has no refined sugar and is sweetened only with a little maple syrup. A fast and easy fall snack!
Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 of a package)
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 3- 4 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmet
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese in mixer until smooth.
- Add in all remaining ingredients and beat together until well blended.
- Serve immediately, or chill.
- Great with apples and graham crackers.
