This morning we woke up late and rushed around trying to get lunches, snacks, and Valentine’s Day class treats and cards into the kids’ hands as we rushed out the door to school. On our way to the car my neighbor called out that there was a 2 hour delay…Ah!

Here’s what I gave my kids for their Valentine’s lunch. (Trying to offset the piles of sugar I’m sure they’ll be eating at their class parties!)
